What is AQUAGOLD?
Aquagold® is a painless procedure that infuses customized skin cocktails through just 20 very tiny surgical grade stainless needles plated with 24K gold. Each of the hollow needle is smaller in diameter than a piece of hair (130 micron in diameter), allowing the cocktail to penetrate the skin’s surface.
Unlike fillers and injectables like Botox, which have been used for injection into the mid to deep dermis to correct moderate to severe wrinkles and folds ( such as nasolabial folds), Aquagold is used to penetrate the superficial layers of the skin (0 to 600 micron depth) to improve texture and fine lines and provide an increased level of hydration and radiance.

What to expect from the Aquagold procedure
First, a numbing cream is applied to the face or areas to be treated.

Then a customized, proprietary solution is prepared by your physician (Botox, Hyaluronic acid, vitamins, etc.) and is placed into the Aquagold bottle.
