NOUVADerm™ is a non‑ablative fractional laser that uses a 1927 nm thulium wavelength to target water molecules in the skin. By delivering controlled thermal energy into the epidermis and superficial dermis, it stimulates the skin’s natural repair response, triggering neocollagenesis (new collagen formation) and dermal remodeling without aggressive injury.
