Terms of Use
AUSTIN REGENERATIVE THERAPY, LLC
Terms of Use
Effective date: November 5, 2026 Last updated: November 5, 2026
Please read carefully. Our website shares educational information. It is not medical advice and does not create a physician-patient relationship. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 immediately. If you are in crisis, call or text 988.
1. ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of austinregen.com, our online wellness shop, and related digital services (the “Services”) offered by Austin Regenerative Therapy, LLC (“ART,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services or make purchases.
2. NOT MEDICAL ADVICE
Content on the Services, including articles, videos, quizzes, e-books, and social media posts, is for general educational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and should not be relied on to make decisions about your health. Always seek the advice of a qualified health care professional with any questions about a medical condition, and never disregard professional advice or delay seeking it because of something you read on the Services.
Using the Services, completing a quiz, submitting a form, or communicating with us online does not create a physician-patient relationship. That relationship begins only after an evaluation by an ART licensed practitioner and ART’s acceptance of you as a patient.
3. INFORMATION ABOUT THERAPIES AND RESULTS
The Services describe therapies and protocols, some of which may be investigational, compounded, or not approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for the uses discussed. A description of a therapy is not a statement that it is FDA-approved for any use, nor a promise that it will be effective for you. Whether a therapy is appropriate for you is a clinical decision made by a licensed practitioner after an evaluation.
Individual results vary. Testimonials and patient stories reflect individual experiences and are not a guarantee or prediction of your results.
4. APPOINTMENTS, CONSULTATIONS, AND TELEHEALTH
Requesting an appointment online does not guarantee that we will accept you as a patient or that a particular service will be appropriate for you. Medical services are governed by separate consent forms, financial policies, and, where applicable, membership agreements. If those documents conflict with these Terms, those documents control.
Telehealth services are available only where permitted by law and only to patients who meet the location and eligibility requirements we communicate at scheduling.
5. ONLINE WELLNESS SHOP
Product information. We try to describe products, pricing, and availability accurately, but errors may occur. We may correct errors, change prices, limit quantities, or cancel orders, including after an order is placed. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will refund the amount charged.
Dietary supplements. Statements about dietary supplements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Consult your health care provider before starting any supplement, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition.
Prescription and practitioner-directed items. Certain products are available only to established ART patients after review and authorization by an ART licensed practitioner. Placing an order does not guarantee that the product will be authorized or dispensed.
Payment. Payments are processed by third-party payment processors. You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize us to charge your selected payment method for your order, applicable taxes, and shipping.
6. ACCOUNTS AND SECURITY
If you create an account or use a patient portal, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly at the contact details below if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
7. TEXT MESSAGE PROGRAM
By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to receive text messages from ART about appointments, services, and, if you separately agree, promotional offers. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. Consent to marketing messages is not a condition of purchase. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Please do not text us medical emergencies or detailed health information.

8. ACCEPTABLE USE
You agree not to:
- Use the Services in violation of any law, or to infringe anyone’s rights.
- Submit false information or impersonate any person.
- Interfere with the security or operation of the Services, or attempt to access accounts, systems, or data without authorization.
- Scrape, copy, or harvest content or data from the Services by automated means without our written permission.
- Upload malicious code, spam, or unlawful, harassing, or misleading content.
9. REVIEWS, COMMENTS, AND SUBMISSIONS
You may leave honest reviews of ART on any platform, positive or negative. We do not require, buy, or reward reviews conditioned on their content. Please do not post your own or anyone else’s health information publicly; we will not confirm or discuss whether anyone is a patient in a public forum.
We will feature a patient’s story, image, or testimonial only with that person’s separate written authorization. If you send us ideas or feedback, you agree that we may use them without obligation to you.
10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Services and their content, including text, graphics, logos, photographs, videos, and the names The ART Protocol™, The ART Method™, and Cognitive Longevity Protocol™, are owned by or licensed to ART and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to view the Services for your own non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our written permission. Third-party marks belong to their respective owners.
11. THIRD-PARTY LINKS AND SERVICES
The Services may link to or integrate with third-party websites and services, including payment processors, scheduling tools, and social media platforms. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, products, or practices. Your use of third-party services is governed by their terms.
12. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICES AND THEIR CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ART AND ITS OWNERS, PHYSICIANS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE OR ITS CONTENT. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US THROUGH THE WEBSITE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR $100.
This section applies only to use of the website and its content. It does not limit any rights you have related to medical services you receive from ART, which are governed by applicable law and your separate agreements with us.
14. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ART and its owners, physicians, employees, and agents from claims, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Services, to the extent permitted by law.
15. GOVERNING LAW AND VENUE
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Services will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
16. CHANGES AND GENERAL TERMS
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms. We may suspend or end access to the Services at any time. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them in connection with a business transfer. These Terms and our Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and ART about use of the website, and do not replace your separate patient agreements.
17. ACCESSIBILITY
ART is committed to making the Services accessible to all visitors. If you have difficulty using any part of the website, contact us and we will work to provide the information you need in another way.
